O mnie
Being a lifelong resident of the Middleton Area, I’ve grown to love Wisconsin including all the warmth and cold that go with the territory. This is why I decided to call my business page “My hometown” as I have been in Middleton for over 47 years. I have a beautiful wife and soulmate Laurie, and 2 amazing kids, Carson and Nolan, & yes one girl Bella, (dog...teddy bear) . I’ve held my license as a broker/sales associate since 1997. Just a little history on my past and why I’m here today.
In the beginning, as a younger gent, I remember going door-to-door selling all kinds of things participating in 8 hour skate-a-thons, selling pizza’s, doing just about anything to raise money for organizations, charities and fundraisers. I even got in trouble one time for calling an Easter Seals telethon (on TV) and donating $10. My parents were not to happy when they received the bill. However my intentions were always good natured! I was really never afraid to talk with anybody, people I knew or didn’t know, was all very much the same to me. As I grew older I seemed to really enjoy any job that involved sales. When I reached 27 my love for real estate really started to grow. I took a job as a loan originator for a local lender (Mortgage broker in Residential loans) I worked in that position for a short period to learn the “numbers side” of transactions. At that time, I came into contact with a Realtor needing assistance. So I decided to switch from the finance side and obtained my real estate license in 1997. This launched my career in real estate. I worked alongside that gentlemen for 13 years at ReMax Preferred(local Madison firm.) Handling all facets of the real estate business. Having a great deal of success, we grew to 5 team members in size and became a top producing team which led me to start my own business at Keller Williams Realty in 2011. I have been here ever since, working in real estate creating relationships worth having that will last a lifetime. I hope you enjoy “My hometown” page. It’s a snapshot out to my clients about real estate related topics. Most importantly it’s about the families and people I’ve met over the years. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do what I love to do. I look forward to helping you with your next real estate transaction! .
